Exclude certain campaigns from the ad integration data

Currently, you are not able to exclude irrelevant campaigns (e.g. Amazon) from the ad integration data.
Start pulling in campaign-level metrics and enable excluding irrelevant campaigns (e.g. based on a "contains" rule).
